By implementing an efficient system configuration, the cycle time has been minimized, and productivity has been significantly boosted through 100% inspection and continuous production. The high repeatability of the MZ07 ensures that the delicate components of the ball bearing are integrated with extreme precision.

Workflow

STEP 1.Feeding: Input of the bearing's inner and outer rings.
STEP 2.Inspection: Dimensional inspection of both the inner and outer rings.
STEP 3.Coupling: Joining the inner and outer rings into position.
STEP 4.Ball Insertion: Feeding and placing the steel balls into the bearing races.
STEP 5.Discharge: Unloading the fully assembled bearing unit.
