Process layout
This solution features a modular assembly line developed using Vention’s modular workstations, designed for easy integration into existing production processes and flexible reconfiguration. The system allows for the seamless rearrangement of peripheral workstations around a central assembly hub. By combining Vention’s belt-actuator-driven Range Extender with a collaborative robot, the line successfully automates part picking and assembly, utilizing a circulating pallet system for efficient material infeed and outfeed.

Recommended Solution
Pallet Wrapping using OMRON LD-250
This solution is a pallet wrapping process utilizing OMRON's LD-250. OMRON's LD-250 mobile robot is an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) that creates its own maps and navigates along optimal paths in real-time, adapting to constantly changing site conditions. With a generous payload capacity of 250kg, the LD-250 is perfectly suited for automating pallet wrapping tasks, which often carry risks of safety accidents.
Clip Fastening Process using Neuromeka Indy7
This solution is an automated clip fastening process utilizing the Indy7. By automating the fastening process that causes wrist injuries and strain for workers, industrial accidents decreased and quality productivity improved.
Secondary Battery Case Loading/Unloading using Two KAWASAKI RS007L Robots
This solution utilizes two KAWASAKI RS007L robots to automate the process of loading and unloading secondary battery cases onto transfer jigs. It ensures that finished secondary battery cells are automatically and precisely stacked onto the jigs for the next stage of production.
