Machining Support for a WIA Turning Center using Two DENSO Robots ⚙️🏭

Process Overview This automation solution uses two DENSO robots—VM60B1 (6-axis vertical articulated robot) and HS055 (SCARA robot)—to automate raw material loading, turning-center machining of plastic parts, and a downstream press-fit (crimping) operation. By integrating material loading, machining support, and press-fit handling into a single automated workflow, the system minimizes control points while improving overall productivity.

Machine Tending Automation using Neuromeka Indy7 This application case features an automated Machine Tending and Palletizing solution using the Indy7 to transfer objects from a conveyor into a press machine for processing, followed by organized stacking. To handle both pallets and flanges efficiently, a specialized hybrid gripper—combining a vacuum gripper and an electric gripper—is utilized. This allows the robot to manage diverse workpieces within a single unified process.

ARC Welding using the Rainbow Robotics RB-5

Process Overview This welding automation solution uses the Rainbow Robotics RB-5 and a NOUBELON DIGITAL MIG/MAG welder to weld cylindrical workpieces onto a plate, featuring fast teaching and high space efficiency. In manual welding, quality can vary significantly depending on operator skill, and the harsh working environment makes it difficult to secure experienced welders. With this cell, even non-expert operators can simply load and unload parts, while the robot performs the critical welding process—enabling consistent weld quality and stable production output.
