Aisle cleaning, Before: Manual mopping of 1,320㎡ took 3 hours (the small mop head meant frequent rinsing and mopping for larger areas). After: Resolved within 5 minutes as it only requires pressing the start button, and both cleaning managers and staff can verify result reporting. Cleaning under tables and chairs, Before: Manual mopping took 2 hours (small mop head required frequent rinsing and mopping), and it was difficult to cleanly remove floor contaminants.
