This solution automates the transport and stacking of heavy 15kg insulation boxes by positioning a 4-axis palletizer in parallel with the pallets. The project was designed to improve a hazardous work environment where frequent manual handling of heavy insulation led to worker injuries. By integrating an automated conveyor system with Vention’s palletizer, the project successfully automated the entire transfer and stacking process, reducing the cycle time to just 15 seconds. Operators can easily control the system and monitor real-time status through Vention’s intuitive Palletizer MachineApp.
