Process Overview
This is a case study of Bigwave Robotics (Marosol) deploying three guide robots at Haeundae Paik Hospital to automate patient navigation. Using the LG CLOi guide robots, the hospital automatically guided patients through their examinations. The three guide robots were interconnected using the SOLlink integrated robot control system. This enabled seamless guidance for patients moving between floors.

Minimizing Infections in Hospitals Using Contactless Services
- By providing services using robots instead of face-to-face contact, we prevent the spread of infection between patients and medical staff within the hospital.
- To create a safer hospital environment, disinfection robots move on a scheduled basis and also perform disinfection procedures.
Marosol Robot Control System
- All robots can be managed within the robot control system developed by Bigwave Robotics, making robot management easier.
- Robot usage history can also be managed, enabling efficient operation.

LG CLOi Guidebot to Provide Smart Guide at Gwacheon City Hall and Gwacheon Youth Hunting Center
This application utilizes the LG CLOi GuideBot, developed by LG Electronics, to patrol the lobbies of Gwacheon City Hall and the Gwacheon Youth Training Center, employing front and rear-mounted Body Displays to promote events and provide explanations. The LG CLOi GuideBot can operate guide and advertising using the two Body Displays mounted on the robot. While autonomously navigating, the robot can guide visitors to amenities within the facilities or host photo events. As an option, a docent function can be used to guide visitors and explain exhibits at museums or exhibitions.
LG CLOi Sterilization Robot
This solution is a case study of sterilization tests and pilot operations in various vertical environments utilizing the LG CLOi UV-C Bot developed by LG Electronics. The LG CLOi UV-C Bot is a robot equipped with six UV-C lamps on each side that moves to sterilize spaces within a maximum area of ββ1 meter by up to 99.999%. It can operate in narrow spaces and passageways and can be used continuously for up to 6 hours. With its easy operation method, users can directly map and specify the robot's path, monitor the progress of sterilization remotely via an app, and receive a notification upon completion of operation to inform the user that disinfection is finished.
