This machine tending automation solution utilizes the YASKAWA Motoman-GP25 to support and automate the insert molding process. By employing two pairs of double grippers, the robot simultaneously loads two insert parts into the mold and extracts two finished products once the molding cycle is complete, transferring them to the next stage.

The integration of this high-precision, high-speed industrial robot with a linear (Cartesian) robot system ensures continuous, idle-free production, leading to a significant boost in overall productivity.

Workflow

STEP 1.	Picking: The robot picks up the raw insert parts.

STEP 4.	Unloading: Transfers and unloads the finished parts onto the linear robot for further transport.
