STEP 1.	Request for specimen/document collection from the Hospital information system (BIS) → Call robot
STEP 2.	Delivery robot moves to the designated first collection location
STEP 3.	Hospital staff enter the robot's password and load specimens/documents
STEP 4.	Robot moves to the next collection location → Additional loading
STEP 5.	After all collection tasks are completed, the robot autonomously boards the elevator and moves to the final delivery location
STEP 6.	After the final delivery , the robot returns to the waiting position.
