Process Overview

  • This is an example of Big Wave Robotics installing the OMNIE cleaning robot, Workstation, and Mobile Watertank at the Korail Tech Busan KTX station.
  • In addition to OMNIE's outstanding Cleaning Robot performance and state-of-the-art sensor detection capabilities, the introduction of workstations and mobile water tanks has enabled the robot to operate smoothly even in large, high-traffic environments such as KTX stations.

Project Background and Objective

  • Automation of KTX station floor cleaning through the introduction of wet autonomous cleaning robots
  • Implementing automatic water supply and drainage even at sites where plumbing work is difficult through the combination of a workstation and a mobile water tank.
  • By assigning large floor areas exclusively to the robots, cleaning staff can focus on cleaning that requires human intervention, thereby improving the overall quality of cleanliness.
  • Reduction of workload and increase in job satisfaction for cleaning staff
