Process Overview

The Daegu The One Pharmaceutical Logistics Warehouse introduced the industrial cleaning robot Phantas to improve productivity and the working environment.

Due to the limited workforce inherent in Logistics warehouses, cleaning management had previously had to be performed manually. This resulted in inadequate cleaning and difficulties in securing sufficient work time.

Since the introduction of Phantas, the time required for cleaning by personnel has significantly decreased, productivity has improved, and the overall working environment has been enhanced. In particular, the automation of repetitive and burdensome cleaning tasks has resulted in high satisfaction for both workers and managers.

STEP 1.Select a designated cleaning zone
STEP 2.Set the simple cleaning mode (wet)
STEP 3.Start cleaning
STEP 4.Return to the charging station after finishing work
STEP 5.Cleaning the designated zone (A) is completed
STEP 6.Move directly to zone B
STEP 7.Cleaningg the designated zone (B) is completed
STEP 8.Move directly to the charging station in zone A and return
