***시설관리팀입니다. 타 시설에서 청소로봇 도입 성과가 좋다는 소식을 듣고 저희도 도입을 검토하게 되었습니다. 저희 시설에도 환승객이 많고 역사 면적이 넓어서 미화 인력 배치만으로는 바닥 관리가 항상 아쉬운 부분이 있었거든요. 도입 후에는 출발·도착 시간대에 맞춰 스케줄을 설정해두면 로봇이 자동으로 대합실과 통로를 습식 청소해주고, 유동인구가 많은 시간에도 사람을 잘 피해 다니면서 청소를 이어갑니다. 특히 비 오는 날 우산 물기로 바닥이 미끄러워지는 문제가 많았는데, 청소로봇이 상시 물걸레 청소를 해주니 미끄럼 사고 우려도 줄었습니다. 마로솔 엔지니어분이 현장 환경에 맞춰 경로와 세기를 세밀하게 세팅해주셔서 만족스럽게 운영 중입니다!- 김**

KTX 역사 시설관리 담당입니다. 서울역은 하루 유동인구가 수만 명에 달하는 만큼 바닥 청소를 해도 금세 다시 더러워지는 환경이라, 미화 인력만으로는 항상 깨끗한 상태를 유지하기가 어려웠습니다. 가우시움 Omnie를 도입한 후에는 주간·야간 스케줄을 걸어두면 로봇이 알아서 나와 습식 청소를 진행하고, 3D LiDAR와 360도 카메라 센서로 여행객이나 캐리어 같은 장애물도 부드럽게 회피하면서 청소해줍니다. 정수 33L, 오수 24L 대용량 물탱크 덕분에 넓은 역사 대합실도 한 번에 커버할 수 있었고, 습식 청소 후 바닥 광택까지 유지되니 이용객 만족도가 확실히 올라갔습니다. 마로솔에서 워크스테이션과 모바일 워터탱크까지 함께 세팅해주셔서 완전 자동화 운영이 가능해졌어요. 대형 시설이나나 공공시설에 적극 추천합니다~!
