This solution illustrates a robot that serves hot iron plate dishes at Jeonju 1964 Geumijeong, a restaurant specializing in stir-fried dishes and rice bowls.

In a small hall space, one worker was responsible for taking orders, Serving, clearing tables, and handling customers, so there were instances where they could not respond to customers even though they were always busy serving them.

By introducing KT AI Serving robots, we were able to efficiently handle customer service and serving, even during the busy lunch hour when there are many delivery orders.
