This automated palletizing solution utilizes three Universal Robots UR10 units to automate the process of incasing pharmaceutical finished products (cartons) into paper boxes, followed by final palletizing. By integrating the entire cycle—from box erecting and packing to weight inspection—into a single continuous flow, the system minimizes idle time and significantly boosts overall productivity.

Workflow

STEP 1.	Infeed: Finished pharmaceutical products are fed into the system.
STEP 2.	Box Securing: The paper box is positioned and secured for loading.
STEP 3.	Picking & Packing: The UR10 picks the products and packs them into the box.
STEP 4.	Taping: The filled box is automatically sealed with tape.
STEP 5.	Labeling: A product information label is applied to the box.
STEP 6.	Weight Check: The box undergoes a weight inspection to ensure packing accuracy.
STEP 7.	Palletizing: The final box is stacked onto a pallet for distribution.
