Process Overview
Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital introduced LG CLOi Delivery Robots to automate the supply delivery process for patients with limited mobility. By linking the existing Hospital Information System (HIS) with Marosol’s robot integrated control system, SOLlink, an environment was established where both the staff and patients can intuitively use the robots.

Workflow
| STEP 1. | The patient scans the QR code attached to the bedside to access the online ordering page linked to the Hospital |

| STEP 2. | Selects desired items and completes payment |
| STEP 3. | The order details are transmitted to the hospital system, and after the partner store prepares the items, they are loaded onto the LG CLOi Delivery Robot |
| STEP 4. | The robot automatically and safely transports the items to the ward via the SOLlink integrated control system |
| STEP 5. | The patient receives the items delivered by the robot directly at their bedside. |
