Process Overview

Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital introduced LG CLOi Delivery Robots to automate the supply delivery process for patients with limited mobility. By linking the existing Hospital Information System (HIS) with Marosol’s robot integrated control system, SOLlink, an environment was established where both the staff and patients can intuitively use the robots.

 Project Background and Purpose

 Background

  •  Increasing need for a system that allows bedridden patients, especially vulnerable patients with limited mobility, to easily order and receive necessary supplies.

  •  Enhancing the efficiency of medical staff by reducing the workload of personnel responsible for delivering supplies within the hospital .

  •  Promoting the transition to a smart hospital by integrating digital technology and automation solutions into the hospital environment.

 Purpose

  •  Provision of a non-face-to-face service that allows patients to conveniently order and receive products.

  •  Improved operational efficiency by automating internal hospital supply delivery tasks.
