Vision System: Hyundai HRVision High-speed vision solution capable of real-time OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and orientation detection. Tracking Technology: Integrated conveyor tracking that synchronizes robot motion with the conveyor speed.

Workflow

STEP 1.	Detection: As products enter, HRVision recognizes the text and determines the required alignment direction.
STEP 2.	Synchronized Picking: The robot tracks the moving box along the conveyor and performs the pick "on-the-fly."
STEP 3.	Alignment: The robot rotates the box to the correct orientation and places it in the designated alignment zone or discharge belt.
