This cooking robot is a chicken robot that automates the chicken frying process, enabling the production of consistent chicken flavor with minimal operational manpower.

Store employees can focus more on operations in addition to cooking, and consistent chicken cooking and delivery are possible while maintaining uniform taste and quality, even during peak hours when orders pile up.

It also enables the sale of cost-effective chicken products with minimal operating costs.

Tool: Zimmer GEP2000 Gripper ; Base: Aluminum Frame + Linear Track ; Peripherals ; - Cooking Management System: Touch Monitor ; - Deep Fryer (3 sets of gas deep fryers - capable of cooking up to 6 items simultaneously, robotic frying basket)

Workflow

STEP 1.The worker loads the battered and breaded chicken into the basket
STEP 2.The cooking start command is issued through the control system
STEP 3.The robot performs the frying process according to the selected menu
STEP 4.Once cooking is complete, the chicken is discharged to the finishing station
STEP 5.the worker applies the sauce and completes the packaging.
