Results
| Key Benefits | Cleaning Robot quality when replacing the interior floor of a 3,000-pyeong logistics warehouse with a cleaning robot (Degree of dust accumulation in large dust trays after cleaning / Ability to remove floor sand and dust)
Excellent obstacle avoidance stability check (conditions for cargo placement changes also added)
Cleaning Robot capability for main source of contamination accumulated on the floor (After setting the high-touch zone for areas with high concentration of main contaminants, cleaning can be repeated up to 3 times or infinitely.)
Degree of environmental improvement in dusty logistics sites
Increased convenience and minimized waste of manpower resources due to automatic charging stations that eliminate the need for manual charging
Increased job sustainability through improved working environment and reduced worker fatigue (workers can focus on their core duties) |

| Client Feedback | There is so much dust coming in from the outside deck. They say that when they go home and shower, the water turns murky—and while they don't wear masks outdoors, it's hard not to wear one here indoors because there is just too much dust. As soon as you clean, more dust comes in, so they said a real-time robot cleaner is essential. The introduction of the robot has improved the working environment and reduced worker fatigue, increasing job sustainability (allowing workers to focus on their primary duties). The area around the deck, which is the main source of contamination, was set as a "High-Touch Zone." The client was extremely satisfied with the function that allows for up to 3 repeat cleanings or even infinite cleaning loops in that area. The cleaning effectiveness was verified by the amount of dust accumulated in the large debris tray. They also mentioned it is great to receive cleaning feedback with specific metrics through the SOLlink app's cleaning reports. They found it very helpful to be able to plan a scheduling timetable by considering the cleaning area and duration provided in the reports. |
