Process Overview

The Daegu The One Pharmaceutical Logistics Warehouse introduced the industrial cleaning robot Phantas to improve productivity and the working environment.

Due to the limited workforce inherent in Logistics warehouses, cleaning management had previously had to be performed manually. This resulted in inadequate cleaning and difficulties in securing sufficient work time.

Since the introduction of Phantas, the time required for cleaning by personnel has significantly decreased, productivity has improved, and the overall working environment has been enhanced. In particular, the automation of repetitive and burdensome cleaning tasks has resulted in high satisfaction for both workers and managers.

As the cleaning robots consistently maintained the site every day, we were able to present a clean image to visitors. In particular, to verify the cleaning, we checked the condition of the wastewater tank
although the floor appeared clean on the outside, the turbidity of the wastewater was significantly high, allowing us to clearly realize the cleaning effect. In addition, I liked being able to view the reports numerically through the SOLlLink app. Being able to plan a detailed schedule timetable based on cleaning areas (square footage) and data was a great help in terms of operational efficiency.

When full, the robot can weigh hundreds of pounds, making it difficult to manage because of the heavy load. Proposed water supply and drainage options include workstation and SOLlink remote control. The Gausium cleaning robot supports automatic charging and features automatic water supply and drainage through the workstation. If the water supply and drainage functions are unavailable due to insufficient facility coordination, the kitchenette can be set as a maintenance point via SOLlink, allowing the robot to be remotely moved to that location for easier management.
