Workflow

STEP 1.Loading: Raw materials (for hydraulic fittings) are placed onto the supply pallet.
STEP 2. Start: The operator clicks the work instruction button to initiate the sequence.
STEP 3. Identification: The system identifies the exact position of the target workpiece.
STEP 4. Approach: The HH7 robot picks the raw material and enters the CNC machine interior.
STEP 5. Retrieval: The robot picks up the finished (machined) part from the chuck.
STEP 6. Loading: The new raw material is securely placed into the machining chuck.
STEP 7. Machining: The robot exits, the door closes, and the machining process begins.
STEP 8. Placement Check: The system verifies the designated unloading/discharge position.
