Process Overview

This is a case study of Bigwave Robotics (Marosol) deploying three guide robots at Haeundae Paik Hospital to automate patient navigation. Using the LG CLOi guide robots, the hospital automatically guided patients through their examinations. The three guide robots were interconnected using the SOLlink integrated robot control system. This enabled seamless guidance for patients moving between floors.

Workflow

STEP 1.	Coordinator calls robot integration with SOLlink
STEP 2.	Enter patient name, password (1234), and examination course selection
STEP 3.	Robot-assisted guidance begins on the first floor
STEP 4.	Only patients are moved to the second floor
STEP 5.	Enter the password to the robot waiting at the designated location on the 2nd floor
STEP 6.	2nd floor inspection course guide
STEP 7.	Only patients are moved to the basement level
STEP 8.	Enter the password on the waiting robot at the designated location on the first basement floor
STEP 9.	Complete guidance is available at the Radiology Department on the first basement floor
