Process Overview


This is a case where the cleaning robot Fantas was installed by Big Wave Robotics (Marosol) for floor cleaning management of Cheongju Kim Eye Clinic, covering a total area of 500 pyeong (3 floors). By utilizing Fantas, automated cleaning management was implemented for approximately 500㎡ per floor (lobby, entrance, etc.), and an unmanned automatic system was operated by equipping Fantas with a charging station, which offers excellent cleaning performance and convenience.

Client Feedback
Previously, part-time staff performed manual scrubbing and mopping, but the high labor intensity led to poor cleaning efficiency. Introducing the robot has minimized these risks. Since it was difficult to manage cleaning after work hours, manual mopping often created an unprofessional image for patients. Now, robotic cleaning provides a smart and clean hospital image. We especially like receiving feedback through detailed numerical reports via the SOLlink app. Being able to remotely handle issues and check the robot’s real-time status (battery, location, dustbin, and errors) is incredibly convenient.

Big Wave Robotics (Marosol) installed and operated two commercial unmanned Cleaning Robot robots, Phantas, at Golden Bay Golf & Resort in Taean, Chungcheongnam-do, to manage floor cleanliness in the main lobby and common areas of the guest building. Through this introduction, the resort has established an autonomous floor cleaning automation process for its approximately 250-pyeong main lobby and 200-pyeong common areas, moving away from repetitive, human-centered cleaning tasks. The commercial cleaning robot Phantas safely navigates and Cleaning Robot floors even in high-traffic environments within the resort, and implements an automated system capable of unmanned cleaning operations by autonomously returning to an automatic charging station for recharging after cleaning is complete. Through this, Golden Bay Golf & Resort expects to stably manage the lobby and guest building spaces, which require constant cleanliness, while simultaneously reducing the workload of cleanin personnel and improving operational efficiency and management quality.
