Process Overview

This loading/unloading automation solution uses the Kawasaki BT200L and a gantry linear module to automate the transfer of heavy engine blocks between process stations.

By automatically transferring heavy engine blocks weighing over hundreds of kilograms according to the process sequence, the solution reduces logistics transfer time compared to manual handling and significantly lowers the risk of safety accidents caused by heavy-load operations.

*The estimated budget includes only the system cost excluding the robot, and turnkey project execution is also available as a full system package including the robot.
