Process Overview
This case study involves the introduction of Phantas, a wet and dry industrial cleaning robot, to automate floor cleaning operations on a scale of approximately 700 pyeong at the Bumin Hospital Magok Health Checkup Center.
The site was a space with a steady flow of people, including the lobby, entrance, and waiting zone, and had a structure where contamination would quickly recur even after cleaning.
Fantas is precision-driven based on autonomous driving, cameras, and LiDAR sensors.
It is combinded with wet/dry all-weather cleaning functions and an unmanned charging station.
We have realized cleaning automation that completes the entire process from cleaning according to a schedule to automatic return and recharging.
Project Background and Objective
Previously, employees would manually move around periodically to check the condition of the floor.
In addition, repeated cleaning was required whenever contamination occurred.
This project aimed for the following:
Automating and ensuring the sustainability of repetitive cleaning
Unmanned cleaning operations capable of responding to real-time contamination
Reduce musculoskeletal strain and allow cleaning staff to focus on high-value tasks
Operational efficiency through remote control & reporting automation (SOLlink monitoring)
Components
| Robot | Industrial Cleaning Robot Phantas |

| Peripherals | Wireless automatic charging station |
Workflow
| STEP 1. | Initiating space mapping and dividing cleaning zones |
|---|---|
| STEP 2. | Setting Cleaning schedules by time windows |
| STEP 3. | Fantas automatic dispatch / driving / obstacle avoidance / cleaning |
| STEP 4. | Automatic return & charging after work completion |
| STEP 5. | Automatic check of work result reports in SOLlink |
Features
Seamless Repetitive Cleaning
In a space with high foot traffic where pollution is repeatedly recurring, robots are dispatched automatically whenever needed, maintaining continuous cleanliness
Excellent Cleaning Robot Performance
Close-up Cleaning of the wall at 1cm
Up to 700㎡ productivity per hour
Supports both wet and dry applications
2-roller brush water cleaning
Operational Convenience
Remote control and status monitoring (battery/location/error/operation log) with SOLlink
Wi-Fi-based remote control support
Schedule-based unmanned operation possible
Automatic work report generation (Monthly report download)
Results
| Client Feedback | "It used to get dirty again quickly due to the large number of people, but now that real-time repetitive cleaning runs automatically, visitors, the director, and the examination staff are all satisfied." |

1,000 Pyeong Cleaning Without Staff? A Review of the Gwacheon Science Museum's SC75 Industrial Cleaning Robot Introduction 😎
This is a case where the Cleaning Robot robot Fantas was installed by Big Wave Robotics (Marosol) to manage floor Cleaning Robot for a total area of approximately 1,000 pyeong (one floor) at the Gwacheon Science Museum. By utilizing Fantas, automated cleaning management was implemented for the 1,000 Cleaning Robot floors (lobby, entrance, etc.), and a fully automated cleaning system was established through automatic water supply and drainage and automatic charging via the SC75's excellent Cleaning Robot performance and workstation.
