This application case features the Magenta Robotics GT PAINTER–I performing painting processes. Dry powder coating typically takes place in harsh environments with high levels of fine dust. Due to repetitive tasks and the need to work on ceilings or high-altitude sections, it has long been a job avoided by human workers.

The GT PAINTER–I automatically analyzes objects within these painting processes and selects the optimal motion for execution. This has enabled the improvement of workplace safety, increased productivity, and the achievement of uniform coating quality.

Workflow
