This is the ModernTek Charging Automation System (RACS, Robot Arm Charger System), which utilizes Collaborative for the convenience and safety of electric Automotive charging stations and enables 24-hour 1:N automatic charging.


The Automatic Charging System (RACS) is a system that can be built at a lower cost (about 60%) compared to other products because it charges multiple Automotive simultaneously and sequentially with a single robot and power unit.


The estimated cost is subject to change depending on the charger capacity (120 ~ 240kW) and robot rail structure (ground or ceiling type).

Workflow

STEP 1.Vehicle entry
STEP 2.Vehicle number, location recognition
STEP 3.Move the robot to the charging location
STEP 4.Charger pickup
STEP 5.Insert the charger after recognizing the Automotive charging location
STEP 6.Perform charging
STEP 7.Once charging is complete, remove the charger and return it to its original position.
