This is a case where Big Wave Robotics (Marosol) introduced three guide robots to Haeundae Paik Hospital to automate patient escort. By utilizing LG CLOi Guide robots, they automatically provided examination guide for patients visiting the Hospital , and interconnected the three robots using the integrated robot control system SOLlink. This enabled them to provide seamless guide to patients moving between floors.

| STEP 1. | The coordinator issues an integrated call to the robot via SOLlink |

| STEP 2. | Enter the patient’s name, password (1234), and select the examination course |
| STEP 3. | The 1st-floor robot begins the accompanying guidance |
| STEP 4. | The patient moves to the 2nd floor alone |
| STEP 5. | Enter the password into the robot waiting at the designated location on the 2nd floor |
| STEP 6. | Accompany through the 2nd-floor examination course |
| STEP 7. | The patient moves to the B1 level alone |
| STEP 8. | Enter the password into the robot waiting at the designated location on the B1 level |
| STEP 9. | Accompany to the Radiology Department on the B1 level, completing the entire guidance sequence |
