Workflow

STEP 1.Counting & Loading: The quantity of patches is counted and loaded onto the conveyor.
STEP 2.Primary Alignment: Patches undergo initial alignment on the conveyor system.
STEP 3.Secondary Alignment: The YASKAWA MCL20 robot performs precision secondary alignment.
STEP 4.Multi-Batch Transfer: The robot picks up four bundles of patches simultaneously and transfers them to the discharge conveyor.
