At the Geumsan Deep-Rooted Ginseng Experience Center, a robot is equipped with a docent function that explains exhibits in a tour format within the exhibition space. Given the nature of the Andong International Convention Center, which is frequently visited by external VIPs, the Guidebot was introduced, featuring a sleek design and high autonomous driving stability. Through the large display, it broadcasts promotional videos that are easily visible even in the expansive lobby.
