Sand Blasting Automation for Sputter Carrier Handling using Two Yaskawa Robots

Sand Blasting Automation for Sputter Carrier Handling using Two Yaskawa Robots

Process Overview This automation solution uses two Yaskawa robots with pneumatic grippers to handle semiconductor sputter carriers and automate the sand blasting process. Due to the long shape and heavy weight of the workpiece, the handling task previously required two operators, and the workplace environment was harsh due to dust generated during the sanding process. By automating the entire workflow from handling to sanding through robotic automation, the solution unmanned the key process and significantly improved the operator working environment.

Automotive Component Assembly Automation using Epson C4 + FT Sensor

Automotive Component Assembly Automation using Epson C4 + FT Sensor

Process Overview This assembly automation solution uses an Epson C4 robot and an FT (Force-Torque) sensor to automate the task of inserting and fastening automotive parts with a tight press-fit tolerance. Even when the fit is extremely tight, the system can detect insertion force, locate the correct position, and perform smooth insertion without part damage or jamming. This project was implemented to automate the insertion of fixing pins used in automotive components.

Sack Palletizing with Hyundai HS220: High-Payload Logistics Automation

Sack Palletizing with Hyundai HS220: High-Payload Logistics Automation

Project Overview This implementation case features a sack palletizing solution that integrates a custom-developed OP system with the Hyundai Robotics HS220. The proprietary OP system can be flexibly configured according to pallet sizes and packaging material characteristics for maximum efficiency. Drawing on years of experience in delivering sack production equipment, we have implemented a highly reliable palletizing system that operates stably in industrial environments. Warranty Period: 1 Year Execution Year: 2023 Project Duration: Subject to negotiation Project Background & Objectives Need for efficient palletizing of products coming off high-speed automation lines. Requirement for flexible task configuration changes in response to varying product sizes.
