This solution automates the bolt fastening process by utilizing the Neuromeka Indy7.

Bolt fastening is a delicate task where even a slight positional deviation can lead to operation failure. Furthermore, incorrect torque or improper alignment can result in damaged components or faulty assembly. The Indy7 minimizes these errors through high positional precision. As an additional option, the specialized IndyEye vision system can be used to inspect the concentricity of holes, further reducing potential errors during the assembly process.

Workflow

STEP 1.	Setup: The workpiece is placed at the designated assembly position.
STEP 2.	Fastening: The robot moves to the target coordinates and performs the bolting operation.
STEP 3.	Sequence: Once the fastening is complete, the robot moves to the next programmed position to repeat the process.
