**대학교 로봇공학과입니다. 저희는 임바디드 인텔리전스 기반의 서비스 로봇 연구를 진행 중이었고, 보행부터 비전·음성 상호작용, 정밀 조작까지 하나의 플랫폼에서 실험할 수 있는 풀사이즈 휴머노이드가 필요해서 Walker E를 선택했습니다. 높이 172cm에 42자유도 구성으로 사람과 유사한 체형이라 기존 연구실과 복도 환경에서 별도 공간 변경 없이 바로 실험할 수 있었어요. Ubuntu OS + ROS 2 기반이라 저희 연구팀이 개발한 알고리즘을 올리기에도 호환성이 좋았고, NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 듀얼 구성(550 TOPS)이라 비전 AI나 LLM 연동 실험도 온보드에서 바로 돌릴 수 있어서 편리했습니다.- 석**

저희처럼 휴머노이드를 알아보는 입장에서는 "실제로 개발과 실험이 가능하냐"가 제일 중요한데, 이 제품은 그 부분이 꽤 분명했어요. 개방형 인터페이스를 통해 관절·센서 접근이 가능하고, 텔레오퍼레이션·데이터 수집·2차 개발까지 염두에 둔 구성이라 단순 시연용 로봇과는 결이 다르게 느껴졌습니다.
