***식품제조공장입니다. 식품공장이라 위생관리 기준이 까다롭고, 생산라인 가동 중에도 바닥에 원재료 부스러기나 포장재 조각이 수시로 떨어지는 환경입니다. 기존에는 교대 시간마다 작업자들이 직접 청소했는데, 본업도 바쁘다 보니 항상 뒷전이 되기 일쑤였습니다. 청소로봇을 도입한 후에는 교대 시간 전후로 스케줄을 걸어두면 로봇이 알아서 생산동 전체를 돌면서 바닥 청소를 해줍니다. 저희와같은 공장에 추천합니다~!- K*************

수도권 소재 대형 건설현장입니다. 건설현장은 시멘트 가루, 분진, 자재 부스러기 등이 끊임없이 발생하는 환경이라, 분진 오염이 집중되는 구역의 청소가 늘 골칫거리였습니다. 기존에는 작업자들이 수작업으로 청소했는데, 분진이 워낙 빨리 쌓이다 보니 효율이 낮았고 작업자 호흡기 건강도 걱정이었습니다. 청소로봇을 도입해서 분진 집중 구역을 중심으로 자율주행 청소를 돌리니, 강력한 흡입력으로 시멘트 가루 같은 미세 분진부터 못이나 나사 같은 큰 이물질까지 한 번에 처리해줍니다. 카메라 기반 자율주행이라 자재가 여기저기 놓여 있는 비정형 환경에서도 장애물을 잘 피해 다니면서 청소하고요. 건설현장 자동화 연구의 첫 단추로 아주 좋은 시작이었다고 생각합니다!- 박**

**에 위치한 대형물류센터입니다. 약 1천 평 규모의 물류창고인데, 넓은 바닥을 꾸준히 관리해야 하는 특성상 "청소를 해도 금방 다시 더러워지는" 문제가 늘 따라다녔습니다. 청소로봇을 도입하면서 슬라이딩 도어 연동 시스템을 함께 구축했는데, 로봇이 자동문을 스스로 인식하고 통과하면서 구역 간 이동 청소까지 무인으로 처리합니다. 자동 충전 스테이션과 연계해서 청소 완료 후 스스로 복귀·충전까지 이어지는 완전무인 운영 체계를 만들 수 있었어요. 벽면 1cm까지 근접 청소해서 구석 먼지도 잘 잡아내고, 물류 현장에서 떨어지는 비닐 조각이나 테이프 같은 큰 이물질도 강력 흡입으로 깔끔하게 처리합니다. 방문객과 상주 직원이 많아 청소 후에도 금세 더러워졌었는데, 도입 이후 실시간 청소가 이루어져 모두 만족하며 사용 중입니다. 마로솔에서 현장 특성에 맞게 스케줄과 경로를 최적화해주셔서 도입 과정이 매끄러웠습니다!
