공장에서 청소로봇 단기렌탈 진행하고 있습니다. 공장 바닥의 이물질을 너무나 깔끔하게 청소해줘서 청소 퀄리티에 대해서 작업자 모두가 만족하고 있습니다.- 구**

공장에 청소로봇 도입해보려고 시범운영을 해보았습니다. 마로솔에서 가우시움과 아비드봇을 각각 비교해줬는데, 가우시움이 가격은 저렴한데 중국산이라 사실 좀 꺼려졌습니다. 네오2 로봇은 캐나다라니까 뭔가 신뢰도 가고... 1주일 시연 했었는데 청소 품질은 만족스럽습니다. 다만, 자동충전이 안되고, 10kg가까이 되는 배터리를 탈착해서 충전하고 다시 부착하고 해야합니다. 너무 불편해요. 그리고, 문제 생겼을때 대응이 너무 느려요. 로봇이 잘 안움직여서 전화했는데 하루 후에 와주시긴 했는데 SW를 수정하는데 2일이 걸린다고 당일에 조치가 안된다는 겁니다. 왜 그런가 물어보니 SW를 수정하면 해외 본사의 승인을 받아야하는데 시차 때문에 당일에는 조치가 안된다고 하네요. 그래서 1주일 동안 실제 2일 밖에 못쓰고, 도입 포기했습니다. 일단 가격도 너무 비싸고요. 그래서 다시 가우시움 SC75제품 추천받아서 시연하는 중인데 가격도 저렴한데 자동충전도 되고, 문제도 당일에 조치되고, 너무 좋아요~~
