Process Overview
We introduced the VC40 robot vacuum cleaner to a large indoor climbing center spanning 640 pyeong and conducted a demonstration.
The climbing center features various flooring materials, including short-pile carpets and cafeteria flooring, and floor contamination frequently occurs due to chalk dust, dirt, and hair. In particular, due to the nature of climbing
activities, chalk dust from hands penetrates deeply into the carpet floor, making it difficult to completely remove with general cleaning robots.
There were physical limitations to cleaning the vast 640-pyeong space by hand every day, so the VC40 robot vacuum was introduced to solve this problem. The VC40 automatically performs cleaning tasks during the early morning hours after closing time, significantly improving the efficiency of floor maintenance management.

Results
| Key Benefits | Checking stability with excellent obstacle (table and chair) avoidance
Increased convenience and minimized waste of human resources due to automatic charging stations that eliminate the need for manual charging
Improved working environment and reduced worker fatigue to enhance job continuity and assess the level of focus on infection control requiring human attention |
|---|---|
| Client Feedback | By having the VC40 Cleaning Robot robot perform cleaning tasks, unnecessary human resources were reduced, thereby increasing operational efficiency. The cleaning effectiveness was verified through the level of contamination in the dust tray and suction tube, confirming the reliability of the robot vacuum cleaner's performance.
The cleaning report included detailed information such as cleaning areas and time, which was useful for planning a schedule timetable. In addition, I was satisfied with the increased work efficiency achieved through the granular zone allocation feature, which allowed me to focus on cleaning specific locations or areas. |
