Process Overview
Big Wave Robotics (Marosol) installed the industrial robot vacuum SC50 and Workstation to clean the connecting passageways and platforms of GTX-A Guseong Station. By introducing a solution capable of automatically cleaning large floor areas, it is contributing to improving air quality and maintaining cleanliness within the station.
The SC50 industrial robot vacuum cleaner features excellent cleaning performance and convenience, and when combined with the Workstation, it supports automatic charging and water supply/drainage after cleaning. In particular, through guide messages during cleaning, it simultaneously achieves the purpose of introducing the robot and promotes Yongin Platform City.
Project Overview
Introducing Company: GTX Guseong Station
Product Introduced: Industrial Robotic Vacuum Cleaner SC50 + Workstation
Installation Area: 180 pyeong on B3, 200 pyeong on B4
Warranty Period: 1 year
Project execution year: 2025
Project Duration: 2 days
Project Background and Objective
GTX-A Guseong Station is an environment where significant amounts of fine dust and airborne dust are generated on the connecting passageways and platform floors due to the large volume of pedestrian traffic. Previously, cleaning was performed manually, which consumed a large amount of manpower, and the infrequent cleaning had accumulated dust.
In response, we introduced the smart cleaning robot SC50 and achieved two goals: improving air quality through automatic cleaning and reducing the workload of workers.
Main Objective:
Air quality improvement through autonomous wet cleaning robot.
Maintain a pleasant environment through repetitive cleaning using the scheduling function.
Promotion of the Cleaning purpose and Yongin Platform City through guide messages during robot cleaning.

Results
| Key Benefits | Improved floor condition compared to existing models, reduced burden of repetitive floor Cleaning allowing focus on other tasks, transition from manual cleaning to autonomous robot cleaning, and ensured driving stability by recognizing and avoiding people and obstacles. |
|---|---|
| Client Feedback | At Guseong Station, the biggest challenge was maintaining the cleanliness of the large floor area due to the high daily flow of people. Previously, cleaning staff had manually cleaned the vast area, which was physically exhausting and made it difficult to completely resolve the issue of fine dust. Since the introduction of the SC50 cleaning robot, the condition of the floor has improved noticeably. Fine dust and dust accumulation have been significantly reduced, maintaining a clean floor environment, and positive feedback is being received from passengers visiting the station. |

Industrial Cleaning Robots Now Cover Incheon Airport. Gausium's SC75 Industrial Cleaning Robot, Unveiled at Incheon Airport π
Process Overview Two cleaning robots in Terminal 1 and six in Terminal 2, operating in each area of Incheon Airport, were verified for operational stability. Based on the verification of operational stability, the goal is to expand the introduction of cleaning robots across all areas of Incheon Airport. Warranty Period 1 Year Performance Year 2024 Project Duration 30 days Project Background and Objectives Disadvantages of Previous Robots The robot does not have an automatic water supply and drainage system, so personnel must manually carry and dispose of the water. When full, the robot can weigh hundreds of pounds, making it difficult to manage because of the heavy load. Proposed water supply and drainage options include workstation and SOLlink remote control. The Gausium cleaning robot supports automatic charging and features automatic water supply and drainage through the workstation. If the water supply and drainage functions are unavailable due to insufficient facility coordination, the kitchenette can be set as a maintenance point via SOLlink, allowing the robot to be remotely moved to that location for easier management.
