Key Benefits
Phantas: 1st floor and 2nd floor, each approx. 660㎡, totaling about 1,320㎡ - 1 Phantas unit used per floor. 2 key indicators. Aisle cleaning, Before: Manual mopping of 1,320㎡ took 3 hours (the small mop head meant frequent rinsing and mopping for larger areas). After: Resolved within 5 minutes as it only requires pressing the start button, and both cleaning managers and staff can verify result reporting. Cleaning under tables and chairs, Before: Manual mopping took 2 hours (small mop head required frequent rinsing and mopping), and it was difficult to cleanly remove floor contaminants. After: Robot cleaning takes 1 hour, resolved within 5 minutes by simply pressing the start button, and both cleaning managers and staff can verify result reporting. Recognition and avoidance of obstacles and human movement for safety checks. Capability to clean after closing hours (utilizing the scheduling function). Increased convenience and minimized waste of human resources due to the automatic charging station that requires no manual charging. Improved working environment and reduced fatigue for workers, increasing job sustainability and allowing focus on areas requiring human attention such as restrooms, counters, bakery preparation rooms, and other cleaning zones.
Client Feedback
Benefits of introducing cleaning robots arose due to the limitations of manual and mop-based cleaning in a facility requiring wet cleaning on the 1st and 2nd floors. In an environment where managing a large area with small mops requires constant cleaning, washing, and rinsing, the high labor intensity often leads to the possibility of neglected cleaning management. Monthly cleaning service estimate of 3 million KRW vs. monthly installment of 800,000 KRW for two cleaning robots, resulting in a monthly savings of 2.2 million KRW compared to previous labor costs. Relief from the stress of personnel management (it was difficult to manually check if cleaning was done properly, but with robots, reporting results are provided). The client likes that specific numerical feedback on cleaning can be received via the SOLlink app's cleaning reports. They also appreciated being able to plan a scheduling timetable by considering the cleaning area and time details in the reports. The ability to handle issues remotely and immediately check the robot's status (battery, current location, dustbin, errors, etc.) is also highly valued.
