This project was carried out to increase productivity through automation of high-load workpieces and to ensure workplace safety by automating dangerous tasks. Since the robot performs bending while holding the steel plate, work time was shortened, and high productivity was secured.

The last introduction case is a palletizing automation solution that uses Hyundai Robotics' HH050 and Mech Mind 3D vision to arrange boxes of various sizes on a pallet according to size and stack them automatically. By utilizing an industrial robot and 3D vision, palletizing tasks could be performed stably even if various product boxes were mixed.

The HH050 can lift up to 50kg and has a working radius of 2,239mm, so it was able to handle most logistics boxes with a single robot.

Companies that introduced the industrial robot HH050 from Hyundai Robotics gave positive feedback, stating that in the case of palletizing, workers had to perform re-work several times to stack boxes densely, but the robot was able to stack them satisfactorily.

The payload of the LD-250 is 250kg, but if it tows, it can move heavier items, and its ability to move between floors of a building via an elevator allows the automatic transport of carts to be used in a wider range. 🤗

The reason the robot is also capable of riding an elevator is thanks to the role of OMRON's own control system, EM. EM is software that can manage and control up to 100 OMRON robots at once. Users can manage and monitor up to 100 robots through EM.
