With only about a week left to wear trench coats, why is it that I only start craving cold noodles or ice cream right when it gets cold?

Q. Hello Brian! Please introduce this cute and adorable ice cream robot "part-timer" to us.

ARIS, the unmanned ice cream manufacturing robot born from Lounge Lab's technology, is an unmanned solution that can be utilized in cafes, malls, hotels, resorts, and even kids' cafes.

Q. Oh 😮 From hotels to kids' cafes, it’s used in so many places! Could you pick out a few advantages for those who might want to recruit this robot?

Beyond its looks, it provides a clean, contactless service without hygiene concerns and can manufacture various ice cream shapes and over 20 different flavors.

Q. Wow! I heard it’s not just a hard worker but also quite talented?

Exactly. It can provide situation-specific interactive content. With "dance times" and other motions, it can capture the attention of waiting customers or passers-by!

The design is also very simple and cute, so it fits perfectly with the concept of any space. :)

Q. I agree! If I saw a robot dancing like that, I’d definitely stop to take a photo and try some ice cream. So, how do we order?

Customers can use a dedicated tablet for efficient order management. You can also access a statistical analysis program that analyzes customer preferences based on the sales data accumulated on this tablet!

Q. From sales to management, it’s a smart solution all around. 😎 I bet many business owners are interested—is there a rental service available?

Of course! The estimated price for this robot is currently around 48 million KRW, but it is also available for daily rental at just 500,000 KRW. (Keep in mind that installation and training costs are separate!) 

This makes it perfect for capturing the hearts of visitors at corporate events, promotions, or exhibitions. 😉

Q. Since its movements are so smooth and the initial investment can be minimized, it seems like the return on investment (ROI) would be quite fast!

Right. It’s easy to manage and provides a unique experience for customers, so I think many people will be looking for it. It's reportedly available at BROWN BANA in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, so I should stop by sometime. 🙂
