This application case is an example of automating the task of loading hanger boxes weighing over 20kg onto pallets using the YASKAWA GP180.

A 20kg workpiece falls under high-weight items that cause musculoskeletal disorders in workers. 😢 Using Yaskawa's industrial robot GP180, which is suitable for handling high-load workpieces, it showed the capability to lift them with ease.



It demonstrated stable handling and loading tasks using the most typical 'pneumatic parallel gripper' among robot grippers. Thanks to the fast loading of heavy boxes weighing 20kg, productivity could be maximized.

Furthermore, it has the advantage of being able to customize the loading direction to increase the stacking rate and perform uniform and stable loading through close stacking between workpieces.
