 A. Hello. I am Lee Geum-ok, the CEO of Lee Geum-ok Shabu-shabu located in front of Seoul National University Station. Our shabu-shabu house has been operating for 8 years in the Gwanak Plaza area and 9 years in front of Seoul National University, for a total of 17 years.   

The biggest advantage of our place is that you can enjoy our broth without burden due to its clean, non-stimulating taste, and we offer unlimited refills of vegetables and mushrooms for a hearty meal. Also, we are designated as a restaurant where you can eat with peace of mind, as the Gwanak-gu Office Hygiene Department conducts inspections once a month.

Q2. What was the motivation for you to use a serving robot?   

A. I considered a serving robot due to the recent rise in prices and labor costs. Moreover, because I was refilling side dishes for customers all by myself, I started experiencing leg pain. For the sake of my health, I could no longer postpone the introduction of a serving robot.
