Q3. Are there any conditions for robots to receive refurbishment services?

There is only one criterion for receiving refurbishment! It is robot age. Any industrial robot with operating hours between 40,000 and 70,000 hours can receive refurbishment services without question.

Normally, if a robot operates 12 hours a day, it takes about 10 years to exceed 40,000 hours, so you can consider that robots used for about 10 years are eligible for refurbishment services.
