Q. Hello Brian, it’s been a while! What kind of robot is the OMRON LD-250 that you’re introducing today?

It really has been a long time, Pengbok. I almost forgot what you looked like! 😭 The robot I’m introducing today is the OMRON LD-250, a small but powerful logistics robot. Q. 13 hours..? 😱 That’s incredible endurance. I imagine its small size would be an advantage in various environments, right?

Also, the OMRON LD-250 is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) that creates its own maps and finds the optimal path while adapting to real-time changes on-site. Thanks to these strengths, they won't collide with each other and can easily adapt even to complex sites. That's why they are in high demand for sites with narrow paths or large crowds.   

Moreover, its ability to travel between floors via elevator integration is a massive advantage, as it expands the automated transport range of carts much further than you'd think. 👍
