Curious about the robots deployed?
Features
Lightweight and comfortable to wear
Shoulder width, back length, and waist/body straps can be adjusted to perfectly fit any user's body shape
With a structure weighing only 2.8kg, it is easy to wear and can be used effectively regardless of the worker's skill level or physical strength
Excellent workload distribution and fatigue reduction
Features a specialized shoulder and arm load distribution system
Provides load assistance of up to 5.6kgf
Reduces workload by utilizing neck rests and armrests during overhead tasks, helping to prevent musculoskeletal disorders
Wide working range via multi-axis multi-link
Supports the same range of motion as human joints for unrestricted activity
The muscle support angle can be adjusted to 3 levels based on the specific working range
Offers a gravity-compensation support angle ranging from 100° to 130°
Excellent maintainability
Utilizes gravity-compensated robotics, requiring no separate maintenance or external power, which enables reliable long-term use
Features a robust, eco-friendly structure that is both waterproof and dustproof, providing excellent environmental resistance
Superior price competitiveness
As a non-powered model, its compact design ensures high price competitiveness compared to complex motorized competing models
The burden of initial investment costs can be significantly reduced through convenient rental operations

| Key Benefits | Increased industrial safety through reduced worker fatigue
Reducing labor losses by preventing musculoskeletal disorders for workers |
|---|---|
| Client Feedback | To perform grape vine binding, I had to keep my arms raised and move around constantly, which caused significant fatigue during the full day of work. I was satisfied because, after adopting the Hyundai Rotem's wearable robot, fatigue decreased even when working for long periods, allowing me to increase my workload. |

Recommended Use Cases
Hyundai Rotem's Wearable Robot H-FrameX (Non-powered Type) Applications at the SFAW Exhibition
This application aims to allow exhibition visitors to experience the work assistance capabilities of the H-FrameX wearable robot developed by Hyundai Rotem by having them personally carry a 20kg load. The H-FrameX, developed by Hyundai Rotem, helps minimize worker fatigue by distributing the workload when lifting heavy objects. It reduces the strain on the wrists and arm muscles by distributing force to the shoulders during workpiece transfer. Since the shoulder height, waist length, and arm length can be adjusted to suit the user, anyone, regardless of age or gender, can wear and use it.
Cleaning Robot Phantas Installed for Screen Golf Facility Floor Maintenance
This is a case where the cleaning robot Fantas was installed by Big Wave Robotics (Marosol) for the interior floor cleaning management of Art Screen's screen golf course. By utilizing Fantas, automated cleaning management was implemented within the golf course, and an unmanned automatic system was operated by equipping Fantas with a charging station that offers superior performance and convenience.
Construction Site Window Frame Assembly using Hyundai Rotem Wearable VEX
Hyundai Rotem’s wearable robot VEX reduces muscle fatigue in the shoulders and arms when performing upward-looking tasks in Industry settings. Because it operates naturally in accordance with the worker’s arm movements and supports the weight of the arms and tools, it significantly alleviates shoulder pain and fatigue even during long periods of upward work.
