Process Overview

This is an example of the installation of the cleaning robot Fantas by Big Wave Robotics (Marosol) for floor cleaning management of a total area of 400 pyeong (1 floor) at the University of Seoul.

We implemented automated cleaning and maintenance management for approximately 400 pyeong of floors using Fantas, and operated an unmanned automatic system equipped with Fantas' excellent cleaning performance, convenience, and the charging station.

Accordingly, we introduced two cleaning robots and established an automated cleaning management system.

 1. Scheduling automatic cleaning is available after closing

 2. Minimize operational interference by setting cleaning schedules

 3. Improved hygiene standards with a floor dust and contaminant removal rate of over 95%

 4. Creating an environment where staff and instructors can focus on their core duties

As such, the introduction of cleaning robots was a highly effective choice that not only reduced costs but also simultaneously improved operational efficiency, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. We believe this is a case study that can be usefully applied to other newly constructed sports facilities in the future.

Cleaning a Large Gymnasium, Solved with Just One Industrial Robot Vacuum?! 😮

This is a case where the Cleaning Robot robot Fantas was installed by Big Wave Robotics (Marosol) for floor Cleaning Robot management of the 250-pyeong (1-story) gymnasium at Daejin High School in Bundang. By utilizing Fantas, automated cleaning management for approximately 250 Cleaning Robot of floors (inside the gymnasium) was implemented, and an unmanned automatic system was operated by equipping Fantas with a charging station, which features excellent Cleaning Robot performance and convenience.

The VC40 Autonomous Cleaning Robot Introduced at Kindy Climbing Center! The Reason Dust Never Had a Chance to Accumulate on the Carpets đŸĒ„

We conducted a demonstration of the VC40 robotic vacuum cleaner at a large indoor climbing center spanning 640 pyeong. The climbing center features various flooring materials, including short-pile carpets and hardwood flooring in the cafeteria area, and frequently experiences floor contamination due to chalk dust, dirt, and hair. In particular, due to the nature of climbing activities, chalk dust gets on the hands and penetrates deep into the carpets, making it difficult to completely remove with conventional Cleaning Robot methods. There were physical limitations to manually Cleaning Robot such a vast space every day, so the VC40 robotic vacuum cleaner was introduced to address this issue. The VC40 automatically performs Cleaning Robot tasks during the early morning hours after closing time, significantly improving the efficiency of floor maintenance management.
