Process Overview
- Two cleaning robots in Terminal 1 and six in Terminal 2, operating in each area of Incheon Airport, were verified for operational stability.
- Based on the verification of operational stability, the goal is to expand the introduction of cleaning robots across all areas of Incheon Airport.
Warranty Period
- 1 Year
Performance Year
- 2024
Project Duration
- 30 days
Project Background and Objectives
- Inconveniences of existing robots
- Convenience features such as moving to a maintenance location were not provided, requiring workers to manually drag and dispose of the waste.
- Convenience was improved by simplifying maintenance procedures, replacing complex cleaning methods.
- Water supply and drainage scenarios were proposed through the workstation and SOLlink remote control.
- For the Gausium cleaning robot, automatic charging and scheduled cleaning are possible through an automatic charging station.
- SOLlink allows users to remotely move the robot to the designated maintenance location, providing convenient management.

Recommended Use Cases
Wonik Robotics' Indoor Disinfection Robot, diro
The sterilization robot, diro, is a solution that automates indoor disinfection tasks using autonomous robots. It regularly sterilizes indoor floors and air according to a schedule set by the user. Capable of 24-hour unmanned disinfection, diro is safer as it uses UV-C with a wavelength of 222nm, which is harmless to the human body.
Cleaning Yongsan iPark using Avidbots Neo 2
Sungjoo Comtech's Avidbots Neo 2 is the optimal solution for automated cleaning of large indoor spaces such as department stores, large shopping malls, and large buildings. It enables continuous cleaning through autonomous driving, whether during the day when foot traffic is high or at night when there is no traffic. Equipped with numerous sensors, it ensures stable operation even in environments with high foot traffic.
Wonik Robotics' Disinfection/Security/Patrol Robot, SeRo
The Quarantine Guidance Robot, SeRo, realizes safe and convenient unmanned disinfection management through initial screening by detecting visitors' body temperatures to check for fever and verifying mask compliance. The Disaster Prevention Robot, SeRo, performs thorough facility management within complex factories and facilities. It prevents industrial accidents by patrolling 24 hours a day, even when no personnel are present. It manages facilities regularly according to user-set schedules and immediately notifies the Integrated Control Center in the event of any anomalies. The Security Patrol Robot, SeRo, performs security patrols in areas with high human traffic, such as office buildings and apartments. If it detects personnel entering outside of the user-set schedule, it immediately notifies the Integrated Control Center and records video footage, enabling data accumulation and big data analysis regarding the inspected facilities.
