By positioning the compact UR3 robots on both sides of a pouch feeder, the system efficiently handles picking and opening pouches. The wide-stroke RG2 grippers allow for rapid and precise manipulation of flexible packaging, ensuring a streamlined flow from feeding to grain dispensing.

Workflow

STEP 1.Feeding: Pouches are supplied through a dedicated feeder.
STEP 2.Picking: The dual UR3 robots pick up the pouches using RG2 grippers.
STEP 3.Filling: Grain is accurately dispensed into the opened pouches.
STEP 4.Discharge: The filled pouches are moved onto a conveyor for the next process.
