| Client Feedback | During night patrol operations, patrols are possible even without on-site personnel. With a real-time alarm function for dangerous situations, we are now able to efficiently detect and respond to emergencies.
Existing CCTVs had many blind spots, making it difficult to gauge the situation in the middle of a scenario. However, by receiving mobile video information, we can now understand the situation on-site without any gaps. |

Recommended Use Cases
Wonik Robotics' Disinfection/Security/Patrol Robot, SeRo
The Quarantine Guidance Robot, SeRo, realizes safe and convenient unmanned disinfection management through initial screening by detecting visitors' body temperatures to check for fever and verifying mask compliance. The Disaster Prevention Robot, SeRo, performs thorough facility management within complex factories and facilities. It prevents industrial accidents by patrolling 24 hours a day, even when no personnel are present. It manages facilities regularly according to user-set schedules and immediately notifies the Integrated Control Center in the event of any anomalies. The Security Patrol Robot, SeRo, performs security patrols in areas with high human traffic, such as office buildings and apartments. If it detects personnel entering outside of the user-set schedule, it immediately notifies the Integrated Control Center and records video footage, enabling data accumulation and big data analysis regarding the inspected facilities.
LG CLOi Guide Robot
This solution is a simulation of facility guidance and advertising using the LG CLOi GuideBot developed by LG Electronics. The LG CLOi GuideBot utilizes two body displays mounted on the robot to manage guidance and advertising. The robot can autonomously navigate within a facility or conduct patrols at night. As an option, a docent function can be used to guide visitors and explain exhibits at museums or exhibitions.
24-Hour Robot Cafe 'ROBOSITA' at Hwaseong Service Area
This is an unmanned coffee production solution covering the entire process from payment to manufacturing and delivery.
