Process Overview
Hankook Tire's Pangyo headquarters is spacious 4,000 pyeong in size (8 floors in total). For floor management, We introduced Big Wave Robotics (Marosol)'s 4 Phantas Cleaning Robot robots.
Based on powerful suction, superior cleaning performance, and a fully automated charging station. It was evaluated as AI-based unmanned Cleaning Robot solution, going beyond a simple cleaning robot.
Through this, we raise the cleanliness standards of the entire building to the next level, building a new standard for large office cleaning.
Project Background and Objective
Due to the characteristics of the office, Hankook Tire's Pangyo headquarters has a lot of foot traffic and numerous floors. Repeated floor cleaning was essential to maintain a consistent level of cleanliness.
However, the existing manpower-centered operation method had the following limitations.
Existing Problems
Increased burden of repetitive cleaning relative to large area
Dust and pollution rapidly reoccur due to various movement paths
Precise cleaning by time of day and area is difficult, resulting in variations in cleaning quality.
Limitations of manager-centric cleaning result monitoring
Introduction Objectives
Establishment of a fully unmanned cleaning system utilizing autonomous driving, cameras, and sensors
Schedule-based cleaning performed according to a set time
Cleaning staff focus on detailed tasks, while robots transition to a division of labor structure where they handle large areas without irregularity
SOLlink-based remote control and report-based operational efficiency
