Curious about the robots deployed?
Process Overview
Big Wave Robotics (Marosol) installed and operated two commercial unmanned cleaning robots, Phantas, to manage floor cleanliness in the main lobby and common areas of the customer building at Golden Bay Golf & Resort in Taean, Chungcheongnam-do.
With this introduction, we have moved away from human-centered, repetitive cleaning tasks in the resort's main lobby (approx. 250 pyeong) and the common areas of the guest building (approx. 200 pyeong), and established an autonomous floor cleaning automation process.
The commercial cleaning robot Fantas has implemented an automated system capable of unmanned cleaning operations by safely navigating and cleaning floors even in environments with high foot traffic within the resort, and by autonomously returning to an automatic charging station to recharge after Cleaning Robot is finished.
Through this, Golden Bay Golf & Resort expects to stably manage the lobby and guest building spaces, which require constant cleanliness, while simultaneously reducing the workload of cleaning staff and improving operational efficiency and management quality.
Project Background and Objective
Golden Bay Golf & Resort was a space that always required a high level of floor cleanliness management due to the nature of the resort, which involves frequent visitor movement centered around the main lobby and guest building and is heavily influenced by the external environment.
Due to high visitor traffic, external dust, dirt, and grass debris frequently enters the facility
Spacious common area had been managed mainly by cleaning staff, increasing the burden of repetitive tasks due to management
Overlapping with check-in and check-out times caused restrictions on weekly cleaning operations
Deviation in Cleaning Robot quality occurred By space and time of day
Absence of a management system verifiable by objective figures
This project is not merely about replacing Cleaning Robot staff, but aims to simultaneously improve the overall efficiency of resort operations and service quality. It was carried out with the goal of the establishment of a smart facility management system.

The Industrial Robot Vacuum Cleaner Chosen by Inha Technical College! Capable of Cleaning Up To 212 pyeong Per Hour?! 😎
This is an example of the installation of the Cleaning Robot robot Fantas by Big Wave Robotics (Marosol) for Cleaning Robot the hallways of the Inha Technical College dormitory. By utilizing Fantas’s excellent Cleaning Robot performance, convenience, and charging station, automated cleaning management was implemented in the 1st-floor lobby and hallway areas on all floors, and an unmanned automatic system was put into operation.
Building Floor Cleaning using Gausium Scrubber 50
This is a case study of the introduction of Gausium's Scrubber50 for Cleaning Robot operations at SC50 Hanssem Development (Mirae Asset Center One). Gausium's Scrubber50 features a work process that is easy to use even for first-time robot users, excellent productivity, and various modes such as scrubbing, sweeping, and mopping, allowing for appropriate use depending on the situation.
From Apartment Gyms to Libraries, Keep Them Spotless! Boosted Productivity By 200% with the Introduction of the Industrial Cleaning Robot 'Phantas'
As a case study of introducing Cleaning Robot robots at Dietre Apartments, Phantas was implemented to increase productivity and improve the working environment. The introduction of Phantas to the apartment community center resulted in reduced cleaning time for staff, increased productivity, and improved working conditions. In sites where manual cleaning is performed due to a limited workforce, maintenance often suffers or working hours are cut; however, the introduction of Cleaning Robot robots has led to high satisfaction among both workers and managers.
