Process Overview
International Food Chowon Nongwon Yangjeong Branch, located in Busan, is a large-scale food service venue with a total area of approximately 900 pyeong (2 floors).
It is a space where floor cleanliness management across broad traffic lines, including the lobby, entrance, restaurant interior, and hallways, is crucial. To reduce the burden of repetitive manual cleaning and maintain stable cleanliness even during operating hours, this store introduced the commercial cleaning robot Phantas through Bigwave Robotics (Marosol).
Phantas is an autonomous driving-based commercial cleaning robot capable of efficiently covering large areas. It automated the floor cleaning of the approximately 900-pyeong space through path settings tailored to the store's structure.
Specifically, it was designed to allow continuous cleaning with a single robot, ranging from areas with high external pollutant inflow like the lobby and entrance to spaces with long customer stay times such as the restaurant interior and hallways.
Additionally, by applying an automatic charging station, an unmanned cleaning cycle consisting of departure → cleaning → return → automatic charging was established, enabling stable maintenance operations without the need for constant on-site management personnel.

Due to the nature of being a large food service venue, International Food Chowon Nongwon Yangjeong Branch faced the following operational concerns:
Floor contamination accumulates quickly due to high traffic from customers and staff.
Repetitive and excessive workloads occur when managing a 900-pyeong area across 2 floors with manual labor alone.
Concerns about interfering with customer traffic when operating hours and cleaning times overlap.
Limitations in deploying additional personnel despite the importance of cleanliness levels.
Lack of criteria to objectively verify and manage cleaning results.
Accordingly, there was a need for an automation solution that could continuously maintain cleanliness without disrupting the business environment, rather than simply being "equipment that replaces cleaning."

Location: VOLLI TENNIS (New Indoor Tennis Court) Area: Approximately 400 pyeong (Entire floor area of one level) VOLLI TENNIS is a newly constructed sports facility where maintaining a fast and hygienic indoor environment before and after matches is crucial. Previously, hiring cleaning staff or having internal instructors handle Cleaning Robot tasks was considered, but this presented significant challenges in terms of cost burden and operational efficiency. Accordingly, in collaboration with Marosol, one Cleaning Robot robot named 'Fantas' was introduced to fully automate daily repetitive Cleaning Robot tasks and establish an unmanned operation system.
The VC40 Autonomous Cleaning Robot Introduced at Kindy Climbing Center! The Reason Dust Never Had a Chance to Accumulate on the Carpets 🪄
We conducted a demonstration of the VC40 robotic vacuum cleaner at a large indoor climbing center spanning 640 pyeong. The climbing center features various flooring materials, including short-pile carpets and hardwood flooring in the cafeteria area, and frequently experiences floor contamination due to chalk dust, dirt, and hair. In particular, due to the nature of climbing activities, chalk dust gets on the hands and penetrates deep into the carpets, making it difficult to completely remove with conventional Cleaning Robot methods. There were physical limitations to manually Cleaning Robot such a vast space every day, so the VC40 robotic vacuum cleaner was introduced to address this issue. The VC40 automatically performs Cleaning Robot tasks during the early morning hours after closing time, significantly improving the efficiency of floor maintenance management.
From Apartment Gyms to Libraries, Keep Them Spotless! Boosted Productivity By 200% with the Introduction of the Industrial Cleaning Robot 'Phantas'
As a case study of introducing Cleaning Robot robots at Dietre Apartments, Phantas was implemented to increase productivity and improve the working environment. The introduction of Phantas to the apartment community center resulted in reduced cleaning time for staff, increased productivity, and improved working conditions.
